Hi  @Woody Butler , I sent an email to someone from my pipeline but I can't see the email in my Sent items in Outlook. How can I check that this email was indeed sent?

Hi Ben! Great question.

When emails are sent via an email integration (like Outlook) through Decile Hub, they sometimes don't appear in your Sent folder. This is a known limitation - when Hub sends through your email provider, it can receive a "success" response from Outlook even if the email didn't sync back to your Sent folder.

Here are a few things you can try to verify:

  • Check Hub's activity log for that contact in your pipeline - if it shows as sent there, it was likely delivered
  • Check if the recipient responded or opened the email - any engagement would confirm delivery
  • Contact the recipient directly if it's important to confirm receipt
